APC by Schneider
Electric announced the APC InRow RD, its 300-mm row-based, direct
expansion cooling solution for network closets, server rooms, and
data centers. Key features of the APC InRow RD include real-time
capacity monitoring and easy operation, as well as variable speed
fans that reduce energy consumption during off-peak hours.
APC by Schneider Electric released the
MGE Galaxy EPS 8000 1000/1100-kVA uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
Designed for flexibility to meet the needs of many environments,
including high power, and no rear access, the MGE Galaxy EPS 8000 UPS
line also offers paralleling capability, with an external static
switch, to enable scalability for increased capacity or redundancy.
S.P.E.A.R. (self-propelled electronic
armored rack) systems are self-propelled, electronic equipment
enclosures engineered to transport electronic payloads up to 10
miles.
Emerson Network
Power announced a capacity expansion to the upflow configuration of
the Liebert DS precision cooling system. It is now available in
nominal ratings of 53 kW (15 tons), 70 kW (20 tons), 77 kW (22 tons),
and 105 kW (30 tons).
Active Power’s integrated continuous power systems are specifically designed to handle the demands of high-tech facilities requiring the highest power integrity available.
To simplify predictive/preventive motor
maintenance programs, Electro Static Technology has introduced two
new AEGIS SGR Split-Ring Bearing Protection Kits-one for NEMA
motors and one for IEC motors.
Falcon Electric,
Inc. introduced its internal USHA SNMP/HTTP Agent that supports
TCP/IP-based remote uninterruptible power supply (UPS) monitoring and
management agent. Supporting HTTP and a security-improved Simple
Network Management Protocol (SNMP) v3 together with the latest
Internet Protocol (IP) v6, Falcon’s agent is the most secure system
available for the remote monitoring and management of UPSs.
The
Smart CS-36 VD/VY (21.6 kW) 36 outlet (24 C13s and 12 C19s)
three-phase, 60-A product provides unique Digital True RMS current
monitoring of each individual branch circuit.
For 600-V class applications, Russelectric singleoperator and dual-operator automatic transfer switches are available in two, three, or four-pole configurations for emergency/standby power systems.
Eaton Corporation introduced the Eaton
5130 uninterruptible power system (UPS). Part of the Powerware
series, the 1250 to 3000-VA line-interactive models are specifically
suited for protecting servers, routers, switches, and workstations,
as well as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and EDGE/3G/WiMAX
wireless networking equipment, against costly power fluctuations and
outages.
