In the report, 451 Research reviews Bell Techlogix and its BEAM-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering, its IT Service Management platform made available to clients and partners in a SaaS model and service catalogue with a number of functional modules. The components of BaaS can be selected in a subscription offering and include everything from Business Intelligence, ITIL-based IT Service Management to Remote Desktop Control, Enterprise Mobility Management and Cloud Management Services.

The report made a positive assessment of Bell Techlogix and BaaS — which automates and orchestrates IT intelligence from the operational data and key performance indicator benchmarks and generates analytics around continual service improvement trends, opportunities and problem root causes — citing BaaS' ability to offer a "living repository of best practices."
