MFX has joined the Open Data Center Alliance, an organization of leading global IT companies, whose goal is to accelerate the transformation to cloud computing by developing and recommending best practices and standards for IT requirements. This includes technical requirements definitions, usage model roadmaps, and connections to other relevant IT standards. Founded in 2010, the ODCA is quickly becoming a recognized, international source.

“Vetted by the Alliance Steering Committee’s rigorous process, MFX was selected as one of only 38 in their service provider category,” said Raymond A. Roy, CEO of MFX. “We will be involved in defining those standards, committing to them, and delivering solutions based on the usage models. We will contribute our expertise, particularly in the areas of standard units of measure, hybrid cloud integration and migration, security and automation. In this way, we will help provide users a simpler, more secure, and more efficient path to cloud computing.”
