The program revolutionizes the industry's traditional method of developing critical facilities by helping customers avoid unnecessary overbuilding through a modular approach that delivers extreme flexibility, cost savings and energy-efficient operations. To support this approach, Lee Technologies has developed proprietary vendor-neutral IT and support modules that give customers a data center that grows with them - so organizations have what they need, when and where they need it the most.

In the Flexible Solutions approach, Lee Technologies uses a combination of traditional raised-floor designs, proprietary IT and support modules, and hybrid configurations to achieve the most effective solutions for its customers. The two proprietary Lee Technologies modules include:
- IT Module - This cost-effective, vendor-neutral IT module brings complete modularity to the all users. Utilizing outside air for primary cooling mode, the modules average a 1.2-1.3 PUE and can be deployed in about 10 weeks. It comes in a standard 20-foot weatherproof ISO container and can hold up to six standard 42U racks rated at 10-14KW each. The systems are designed to be installed indoors or outdoors.
- Support Modules - These highly configurable, scalable and expandable UPS containers can be delivered in multiple capacities and multiple redundancy configurations to meet specific needs. They can be rapidly deployed in 12-14 weeks or less, come in 20- or 40-foot insulated, weatherproof ISO containers designed for outdoor installation.

Earlier this month, the company announced the launch of Lee Genesys, a groundbreaking assessment program that helps clients define and meet their data center infrastructure requirements and avoid unnecessary overbuilding, which is the most common and costly mistake in the design of data centers, and also a key driver behind the creation of Flexible Solutions. The ultimate company goal is to help customers reduce the total cost of ownership and positively impact their organizations' return on investment.
